All items that appear similar to those made by famous designers are reproductions or replicas of popular designs found in the public domain, or are adaptations of designs that are comparable in quality to items sold by famous designers and famous manufacturers. None of our items come stamped with designer’s logo or in a logo box.

Occasionally Gila Bijoux LLC has on its sites items which may appear to be a copy of protected work. Gila Bijoux LLC is respectful of the intellectual property rights of third parties. It is Gila Bijoux LLC’s policy to suspend the sale of any item alleged to be an infringement, provided the third party owner can offer reasonable substantiation of such claim so as to permit our legal counsel to conduct an investigation.
